Bhaktapur, Nepal - On 2080-Ashoj-16, Tuesday, the Nepal Engineering Council (NEC) conducted a comprehensive monitoring and observation visit to Khwopa Engineering College. Led by Coordinator Er. Dr. Bikash Adhikari, the NEC team included members Er. Umesh Prashad Chaudhary and Er. Dipendra Kumar Badiyat.
