IRON CUP 2023, a line-following competition organized at Lalitpur Engineering College, on December 2, attracting a total of 11 teams eager to showcase their skills and innovation. Among the fierce competition, the team that emerged victorious and claimed the top spot was none other than the alumni of Khwopa Engineering College, a team of Rajesh Dhusu, Gaurav Maharjan, Gaurav Tamakhu and Subin Shrestha, securing the 1st place.
In the midst of this intense competition, the team comprising members Rojish Twati, Rashila Sainju, Apekshya Chaudhary, and Shristi Tuladhar, from B.E. Electronics and Communication fifth semester proved their mettle by clinching the 3rd position.
Additionally, the 4th position was claimed by Team from B.E. Computer fourth semester, consisting Saurav Dhoju, Sanjib Kasti, Rose Gosai, Upendra Shahi, and Anish Maka. A team from B.E. Electronics and Communication including Rabisha Machamasi, Debaki Shrestha, also participated in the event, who exhibited a commendable display of skills and determination throughout the competition. Their achievement in the IRON CUP 2023 solidifies their reputation as a team to watch in future engineering competitions.
