On November 21 and 22, students of BE Computer Engineering of KhEC Mukesh Prajapati, Poojan Koju, Sumina Awa and Sushant Twayana  emerged victorious in the 32 hour long hackathon titled "Aarambha 2024" organized by Advanced College of Engineering and Management. The team secured the winners position by creating a software project named "Safe together" which is an innovative disaster management system aimed at improving emergency response and helps rescuers locate victims' live location through SMS. They hope that their software application will contribute greatly towards the future of disaster resilience and response and will prove its worth by helping the disaster-stricken areas and victims by providing earliest possible response.
