Khwopa Engineering College (KhEC) successfully hosted the "Thesis and Project Exhibition - 2024" at its Libali, Bhaktapur premises, showcasing the innovative work of final-year students across various disciplines.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Sunil Prajapati, Mayor of Bhaktapur Municipality and Chairman of the College Management Committee, who emphasized the importance of clear communication between students and visitors. He praised the students' contributions to the municipality’s technical challenges and encouraged them to excel in their future endeavors.
The event featured a diverse array of projects, including 41 theses from B.Arch students and numerous projects from BE Computer and BE Electronics and Communication students. The exhibition drew a large number of visitors, including +2 science students and prospective applicants, offering them insight into the students' creativity and technical expertise.
The closing ceremony was graced by key figures such as Er. Sujan Maka, Er. Sunil Duwal, Dr. Subeg Man Bijukchhen, and other dignitaries. They emphasized the value of such exhibitions in enhancing students' academic and professional skills.
Awards were also presented to the winners of the Scrap Competition, a pre-event to the exhibition. The first-place team included Jamuna Bamanu, Niruta Shrestha, Rasika Maharjan, and Samridhi Bajracharya.
The exhibition was a grand success, providing a valuable platform for students to demonstrate their skills and receive recognition from a broad audience.
