Khwopa Engineering College conducted an orientation program for its faculty and staff on 2081/05/08, in preparation for the Entrance Examination 2081. The program, led by Er. Sujan Maka, Principal of Khwopa Engineering College and Superintendent of the Khwopa Engineering College Exam Center, focused on ensuring the fair and smooth conduct of the upcoming examination.

During the orientation, Er. Maka emphasized the sensitivity and importance of the entrance examination, highlighting the college's responsibility in upholding high standards of transparency and integrity. He expressed his gratitude to the Purbanchal University Faculty of Engineering (PUFOE) for entrusting Khwopa Engineering College with the responsibility of hosting the entrance examination for the past two decades. He also urged invigilators and staff to diligently perform their duties to maintain the examination's integrity.

Er. Ganesh Ram Dhoju further contributed to the program by delivering a detailed presentation that covered the rules and regulations of the entrance examination. He outlined the roles and responsibilities of invigilators, floor in-charges, block in-charges, and other staff members. Er. Dhoju also addressed potential challenges that could arise during the examination and offered practical solutions to ensure a smooth process.
