Khwopa Engineering College conducted a workshop on Shrawan 26, 2081, to prepare the Annual Action Plan for the fiscal year 2081/82. Principal Sujan Maka led the session, attended by heads of departments, heads of sections, and the Self-Assessment Team (SAT).
The workshop focused on aligning the Annual Action Plan with the college’s Strategic Plan for 2024-2029. Key discussions included resource allocation, performance metrics, implementation timelines, and possible challenges. The SAT provided critical insights into self-assessment practices to ensure that plans are actionable and measurable.
Participants developed action plans that integrate departmental goals with the college’s strategic objectives. These plans will be reviewed by the administration to guide the college’s efforts in the coming fiscal year.
